A Saboteur in The Church

I am a church girl. My heart is sold out 100% to loving, serving, and doing life with The Church.  With every passing moment my mind becomes more and more set on the fact that The Church, by the grace and divine design of God, has the capacity to answer every woe upon this sphere.  Honestly!  If we are the body of Christ, with the Spirit leading and guiding us into all truth, and an all powerful Daddy God backing us up how can we fail?

This being the case wouldn’t it be only logical for the devil to sabotage God’s plan for the salvation of planet earth?  Sadly, in many churches across the globe we can see the enemy of our soul infiltrating the family and attempting to impede the God destiny of The Church.

Do not lose heart.  God would never call us to a place that would only end in defeat.  We can live our lives in such a way to give the devil NO ROOM to interfere with the plan of God.

God calls us to unity.  To stand side by side unified for the cause of Christ.

“4 For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.”   Romans 12:4-5 NASB (emphasis added)

We each have our own position and placement within the body, but it takes us all working in synergy to complete the task set before us.  A hand would be no good in place of an internal organ, and ear would make a terrible nose.  In the same manner, how can we compare what one person or ministry is doing over another?  We may all serve in different ministries but it is for one mission.  Everything that we do, worship, greeting, hospitality, parking, team, kids ministry, and every other facet of church life all points to THE MISSION of THE CHURCH- to bring salvation to humanity.

It is my prayer that the truth of this revelation will take root in our hearts individually and collectively as a part of the church.

People are in dire need of a healthy church to lead them from this sin sick world, to the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

We are all in this together.

Much Love & Big Hugs,

Jessie
